Moon Theory.

It's already a busy week.
I usually only go into work two days a week but this week, it's doubled. Yesterday I attended my first photoshoot an hour away from Denver at a place called Golden Gate State Park. It was an eight hour photoshoot and I was taking down all the credits for the clothing and accessories on the model. It was exciting meeting a new staff and working with strange people, but mostly, it was just tiring. Fashion is just not my thing.
Today I go into work and somehow ended up being the writer for one of the featured articles for July. It's work that is as much fun as it is doing research and making a ton of phone calls to ask for details and dealing with difficult (or sometimes wonderfully helpful) people. And thus, for taking on this job (which is paid for the amount of words I get!), I have to come in again tomorrow. I guess I shouldn't complain since I hardly know of any internships that have such flexible (and free) schedules in the first place. I think the EIC is starting to like (aka trust) me more.

This was Monday, a spontaneous dinner prepared by Eunice at her abode on the 25th floor.

Partially Mark's belated 21st celebration. Mark is Stephen's roommate.

Today after 303 we randomly went to Goodwill. I bought a maroon blazer by Gap for $5 and these olive shorts from Banana for $2. I was hesitant buying them because I just hate buying things that I might not wear, even if it's cheap. Though I must say that this is the most quality I've bought that is "cheap." I need an outfit for Miami Horror on Saturday, though I don't think I'd wear any of those anyway. I think this is my first clothing purchase since I've been in Denver.
For dinner, we had Senor Burrito, the most accurate Mexican I've had since California. It had good reviews on Yelp. Speaking of Yelp, I think I'm going to sign up and become a reviewer. I've been obsessed lately. I'll update you on that later.

Currently at a cafe called "Michaelangelo's" trying to do some research for 303. This place is freezing inside, and plays no music, but has that "Biscotti's" ambiance (for all you Orangemen). How can they have no music??
