Overcast.

303 went by quick yesterday. Who knows why. Afterwards, we got ready to go to Daniel's congratulatory/farewell dinner- his graduation from the airforce academy and back to Seattle, then Boston. I think that's pretty exciting.

When dinner party becomes dress-up-dinner, the house becomes a complete, frantic mess.

After shopping at a used records store (for Daniel's gift), we went to Park Meadows mall for the dinner at Mikuni.

 Yeah. Barren.

I have no pictures from the night but it was quite interesting. Everyone whom we knew didn't show up to the dinner (planned by Stephen), and so technically, I wasn't the odd ball (or was I?). Daniel invited his airforce friends and twin girls. Considering that I had met Daniel only once before, everyone was basically a stranger. It was like college freshman year all over again, except with class and composure.
As if that wasn't odd enough, we all went to nrb afterwards. Let me just tell you straight up that I have absolutely no interest in karaoke. I am neither part Korean nor part stimulating for something like that. It's just not my scene.

This morning I woke up feeling a strong feeling for coffee. I woke up earlier than I had anticipated, and it was thunderstorming a beautiful thunderstorm. I Yelped the best and nearest coffee shop, and walked five minutes in the overcast weather to Rooster and Moon-- my new favorite go-to coffee shop. The staff is friendly and prices reasonable.
My mocha (which actually wasn't that good), and Steph's PB, banana, and oats on ciabatta bread.

Tonight we're making Korean food and bringing it over to Matthew's house. I'll be uploading pictures perhaps later tonight- if we don't die of food poisoning.
